Delhi is the capital of India and is the second most populous city in India after Mumbai. Delhi is spread over an area of 1,483.0 km sq, and has a population of around 14 million. The Delhi is situated in northern India and stands on the west bank of Yamuna River and bounded by East, Uttar Pardesh and on the north, west and south by Haryana.
